Ohio To Hold Special Election For Tubbs-Jones Seat

A special election will be held in Ohio on Nov. 18 to replace the late U.S. Rep. Stephanie Tubbs-Jones whose term was set to expire in December.Tubbs-Jones died last week after suffering a brain aneurysm.
