WTOV-TV is proud to announce its broadcast schedule for Jamboree in the Hills 2009. Unlike in recent years, we will not broadcast the entire four-day outdoor concert. Instead, this year we will televise the acts for two days only.

As things stand today, all performers will be televised on Thursday, July 16, and Saturday, July 18. Thursday's lineup includes The Stickers, Ashton Shepherd, Zac Brown Band, Jamey Johnson and Alan Jackson. Saturday’s lineup includes Mayf Nutter, The Chris Higbee Project, Steven Cochran, The Fabulous Bender Boys, Neal McCoy, Lee Ann Womack, The Steve Miller Band and Toby Keith. All acts are scheduled to change. WTOV9 will continue the tradition of Jambo Cam, Jambo Grill and Backstage Pass interviews with the performers on Thursday and Saturday.

“This will be the 18th consecutive year WTOV9 has broadcast Jamboree in the Hills,” said Tim McCoy, Vice President and General Manager of WTOV9. “We are proud to be the presenting sponsor of this great event and to be able to broadcast it live to our viewers in the Ohio Valley.”

To see the other two days of entertainment, fans will have to go to Jamboree in the Hills in Morristown, Ohio. WTOV9 will continue to cover all four days in newscasts and online at www.wtov9.com. WTOV9 will also broadcast a one-hour "Countdown to Jamboree" show Wednesday night starting at 7 p.m.
