With just two weeks until campers start arriving, the countdown to Jamboree In The Hills 2009 has started.Organizers said ticket sales have been good and the time to buy is now because Tuesday night is the deadline before prices go up."Things are pretty hectic," said Kelly Tucker-Jones, of Jamboree In The Hills and Live Nation. The changes for this year's annual country music event are small, but noticeable. One improvement that jumps out is better sound quality, in part because all of the speakers will be hung from the stage. But, at the heart, Jamboree is going to be the same as always."Why change what's already so great and so many fans love," Tucker-Jones said. Now that the lineup is finished and all that's left are finishing touches, organizers are just as excited as fans for the festival to begin."That's the best part -- to watch it all come together and then once Thursday rolls around to see all the fans out there having a great time. That's what it's all about. That's what we work for," Tucker-Jones said.
