The Atlanta Falcons and its architecture firm have presented design plans to the Georgia World Congress Center Authority for the team's new stadium. The plans, which have been approved, include a retractable roof that opens to reveal the city's skyline; the structure surrounding the facility is translucent; and a 360-degree LED screen that goes around the stadium top walls.
