John Gregg Elementary

Going Green- Schools/Edison Local School District/John Gregg Elementary School

The fourth grade at John Gregg Elementary School has a recycling club which collects paper in each classroom every day. Also on Fridays they flatten boxes and prepare them for recycling. The fourth grade also adopted the county roadway in front of the school and has a clean-up twice a year. Third grade has begun recycling plastic, requiring them to weigh and measure the amount they collect each week.
