SISTERSVILLE -- Tyler Consolidated High School will be hosting an Ideas Festival on March13-15.The Ideas Festival will focus on issues in the community and the world and on brainstorming to find possible solutions, school officials said.The March 13 and 14 sessions will focus on the interests and concerns of the students while the March 15 session is open to students and to the community.The festival is based on the Aspen Ideas Festival recently attended by student Calin Prunty and Principal Sandy Weese. Prunty was one of 12 students in the country selected to participate in the festival in Aspen, Colorado, as a Bezos Aspen Student Scholar.The Aspen Festival focused on the many challenges present in the world including one of the most popular topics "Becoming Green."
