Riverfront Mortgage at 1321 Commerce St., Wellsburg has been using low-wattage fluorescent light bulbs for the past five years.

The company recycles cans and paper products.

The thermostat is turned down to a sensible setting at the end of each business day and on weekends and unnecessary lights are turned off to conserve energy.

Additional insulation has been added and windows and doors have been sealed.
