Big Red To Open Football Season Versus Indian Creek

Dec. 21, 2006 -- The 2007 high school football season will kick off on a Thursday night in August at newly-named Reno Saccoccia Field at Harding Stadium.
The matchup will be a renewal of an old rivalry as Steubenville Big Red will host Indian Creek.This will be the first football game between the two school districts since 1987.The game will be the first in a four-year contract between the schools with all of the games set for Harding Stadium.Copyright 2006 by wtov9.com.
