The holder of the winning ticket will now have to decide to either take the 29-year, 30-installment annuity, or the one time cash "lump sum" amount of $139.4 million.

A total of more than 1.9 million additional players won other prizes totaling more than $14 million, according to the Powerball Web site.

That included, 12 tickets that matched the first five numbers, but missed the Powerball, winning $200,000 each. Those tickets were sold in Arizona, Colorado, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.

There were two Power Play Match 5 winners in the states of Iowa and North Carolina.

The prize goes to an estimated $15 million for Wednesday.

Players purchased more than $81.5 million in Powerball and Power Play tickets between Thursday and Saturday night, the Powerball Web site said.

Powerball is now played in 29 states, Washington, D.C., and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
