Crib Mobile Recall

200,000 Crib Mobiles Recalled

The Consumer Product Safety Commission along with Fisher Price is recalling more than 200,000 baby crib mobiles.

The Sparkling Symphony mobile attaches to the crib rail and play music and lights that are activated by remote controls. If the batteries batteries used in the mobile leak, the caustic liquid can seep out of the battery compartment, posing a risk of chemical burns to babies.

The recalled toys have model number 71985 found on both the lower arm of the mobile and the back of the remote control. Consumers should contact Fisher Price with their date code to determine if their mobile is part of the recall.

You can contact Fisher Price at 1-800-357-9460
