A Web site for people planning a move recently ranked Wheeling among the top 100 best places to live.

Relocate-America.com released its annual list on Wednesday.

Thousands of cities were nominated for the Best Places list. The selection process factors in education, people, beauty of the area, activities, economic health, and environmental health.

The towns are also reviewed for crime, employment and housing data for the past year.

The Web site ranked the top 10 communities. The remaining 90 were compiled alphabetically. Wheeling was not in the top 10 .

Relocate-America is owned by HomeRoute, located in Howell, Mich.
