Police: Two Men Stealing From Lowe's Turn Themselves In

Steubenville police are not releasing the names of two men who recently turned themselves in after stealing from the local Lowe's Home Improvement Store.According to police, the two men watched themselves on surveillance video aired on NEWS9 and then turned themselves in to Steubenville police.Police said one of the men in the video bought a fence with a credit card he stole from a woman in Weirton, W.Va., last May.Police are not releasing any names, but said the two men will be charged on Friday.
