Man Accused Of Raping Hancock County Woman
Pennsylvania State Police arrest man accused of raping a woman in Hancock County.The Hancock County sheriff's department told News9 the sexual assault happened last weekend outside of Shorty's Bar on Route 30 in Chester, West VirginiaPolice arrested 37-year-old Brian Tutwiler of Pennsylvania.Deputies said the two had met that night and after a conversation, Tutwiler led the woman to a remote location and assaulted her.He will be extridicted to Hancock County to face a sexual assault charge.
