Man Accused Of Killing Puppy Faces Judge
Bond was set at $40,000 for the man accused of beating a local family's puppy to death and then stealing their ATV. Neil Rager went before a judge Monday in Jefferson County court for his arraignment. He is charged with breaking and entering, animal cruelty and receiving stolen property. His preliminary hearing is set for next week.-John Paul, NEWS9
