Morristown Residents Said They Don't Mind Jamboree In The Hills

Morristown residents said that their small village is very quiet 361 days out of the year. But for four days, their village is packed with over 100,000 country music fans.

Residents said that each year they watch their village transform.

"Usually you get around here pretty easy," said Beth Rob, Morristown. "There's not a lot of traffic, but now it's hard to get in and out of gas stations and restaurants and stuff. Usually there's no wait, today you have to wait a while."

"In town the traffic isn't bad at all, but you get outside of town, traffic does pick up," said Bo Olex, Morristown.

But some residents said even though there are thousands of people visiting their hometown, they do see familiar faces each year.

"You see familiar faces from previous years that are only here once a year that stop in, so you get a large variety," said Kristen Wallace, Morristown.

Residents also said that even though the village gets packed during this time of the year, they can't wait for Jamboree in the Hills.
