Former Ohio Congressman Bob Ney's Chief Of Staff Sentenced

A federal judge sentenced Neil Volz to two years probation and fined him $2,000.

Volz cooperated with investigators in the case against lobbyist Jack Abramoff and Ney, Volz's former boss.

Volz could have been sentenced up to five years in prison and was facing $250,000 in fines.

Ney resigned from Congress and was sentenced in January to more than two years in federal prison for his part in the scandal.
