The Harrison Hills Teachers Association and board of education are scheduled to meet Tuesday afternoon.The meeting was scheduled by a federal mediator and is the first since the teachers announced a strike notice for Oct. 1.District Superintendent Jim Drexler said the board will work hard to reach an agreement but will continue to prepare for a strike.Teachers said they want a peaceful, fair settlement.Stay with NEWS9 and WTOV9.com for continuing coverage.-Renee Cardelli, NEWS9
