Talks Break Down In Harrison Hills School District

Negotiations Friday between the Harrison Hills teachers and the school board broke down after both sides met for hours.Linda Rusen, spokesperson for the teachers association told NEWS9 the board refused to give a fair and reasonable contract.Rusen said the association is willing to go back to the table before the midnight strike set for Oct. 1.
