State To Review All Harrison Hills Substitutes' Certifications

As day 10 of the Harrison Hills strike wrapped up on Wednesday, the Ohio Department of Education said it will send in a team to review the certification of all substitutes and take a look at the overall quality of education.Since the strike began, several injuries have been reported on the picket lines and one substitute was arrested, which led investigators to discover he should have never been teaching in the first place.The school board and teachers will head back to the bargaining table at 1 p.m. Thursday at the county courthouse in Cadiz.Stay with NEWS9 and WTOV9.com for continuing coverage as details become available.-Renee Cardelli & Jackie Cain, NEWS9
