Arrests Made In Conspiracy To Sell Ohio Identification Cards

Federal investigators said eight people from West Virginia, Ohio and Puerto Rico were involved in the multi-state conspiracy to sell Ohio identification cards.Employees from Ohio's Bureau of Motor Vehicles were among those indicted.The suspects are either in custody or have dates to appear in federal court.
