Arrests Made In Conspiracy To Sell Ohio Identification Cards

Federal investigators said eight people from West Virginia, Ohio and Puerto Rico were involved in the multi-state conspiracy to sell Ohio identification cards.

Employees from Ohio's Bureau of Motor Vehicles were among those indicted.

The suspects are either in custody or have dates to appear in federal court.
