Carroll County Sheriff’s Department arrested three men on felony theft-related charges.Deputies said they caught Michael A. Scarlott and Lucas A. Scarlott, both of Salineville, and Erich A. Kaser of Mechanicstown, stealing pieces of scrap metal in the Fox Township area.All three men are facing a felony count of theft as well as a felony count of breaking and entering.Stay with NEWS and WTOV9.com for more details.
