State of Ohio Wants Refund From Bankrupt Skybus

Less than a year after its launch, Skybus Airlines, the Columbus-based discount airline, stopping flying in early April and filed for bankruptcy protection.

The Ohio Department of Development is looking to recover more than $1 million in grant money, used as incentives, to get Skybus started.

A department official said the state Attorney General’s office will pursue the matter in bankruptcy court.
