STEUBENVILLE, Ohio -- A "Sopranos" star will be making his way to the Ohio Valley to take part in the 2008 Dean Martin Festival.

Vincent Pastore will be a guest at the annual festival this summer in Steubenville.

Rose Angelica, the head of the Dean Martin Committee, announced the new addition at a festival meeting at Pittera's Pizza in Steubenville on Monday night.

Angelica said she talked to Pastore at his recent visit to Wheeling Island Casino, and he jumped onboard for the festival.

Angelica told NEWS9 that Pastore will be the grand marshal in the parade and will take part in many activities throughout the weekend.

"He loves Dean Martin," said Angelica. "He made 100 movies. He's probably the biggest movie star we've had here since Dennis Farina. He's just huge...everybody knows him. He's the nicest guy in the world."

The Dean Martin Festival takes place June 12-15 in Steubenville.
