Police Continue To Receive Information In Howard Murder Case

A more than 20 year old murder case is heating up as Steubenville police continue to investigate the death of 18-year-old Jill Howard.Police said more witnesses have come forward with additional information in this case and they are hoping more people contact them to help solve this case.
