W.Va. Attorney General: Bogus Letters Being Sent

West Virginia Attorney General Darrell McGraw said bogus letters are being sent out to businesses falsely claiming his office is investigating them.

The letters appear on forged letterhead with a state seal and the address of McGraw’s Consumer Protection Division or Workers Compensation Division.

If you have received one of these fake letters, McGraw’s office is urging you to contact your local police department.
