OHIO COUNTY, W.Va. -- An informal Hillary Rodham Clinton rally in downtown Wheeling Friday afternoon became a last-minute battle between supporters of the Democratic presidential candidates.Clinton supporters held up signs while drivers yelling out "Obama!" drove past. While the supporters tried to sway passersby, there are almost 2,000 people in Ohio County who have already cast their ballots."[I’m] as sure as I could be. You know how that is sometimes. You're never sure of what's going to happen or what's going to transpire when somebody gets in office," said voter John DeLoretta, who already cast his ballot.Election Coordinator Toni Chieffalo said early voting's been steady, averaging about 180 people a day, but that's lower than turnout than in previous elections."I think a lot of people are undecided until the last minute. They've really been undecided. That's what I’ve heard," Chieffalo said. Some voters said while they haven't cast their ballots, it's not because they aren't certain who or what they're supporting.“[I] pretty much have my mind made up," said Kory Benedict, who plans to vote on Election Day.Minds made up or not, there are others, like Steve Vasiliou, who haven't voted early in the past, and don't plan to do it this time either. “I just like to vote on Election Day traditionally," he said."You'll get the people that just actually like to go vote on Election Day. There are some people that just don't want to come in early. They like making a point to go out and vote on Election Day," said Chieffalo.
