UPDATE: Cross Creek Police Continue Fight Against Drugs

JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ohio -- Cross Creek police said their fight against drugs has led to more arrests.The Jefferson County prosecutor said Cross Creek police made arrests Friday night after a controlled buy in the parking lot of Zalenski’s restaurant.Investigators said that after setting up the buy, they arrested Cory Lee Smith and Russell T. Hodgkiss, both of Toronto. They are facing charges of trafficking marijuana with a school zone specification and possession of drug paraphernalia.Police said the suspects tried to deliver a pound and a half of marijuana.
