Jefferson County commissioner candidate Steve Vukelic is no longer trying to get his record sealed, at least for now.

Vukelic filed a voluntary withdrawal of his motion in Jefferson County Court Monday.

The filing comes about a week after county prosecutor Tom Straus filed an objection to sealing it.

Vukelic said this withdrawal is temporary. He is still running for election and plans to re-file the motion at a later date.
