Sheriff: Skeletal Remains Found In Marshall County

What is believed to be skeletal remains have been found in Marshall County. Investigators have been at the scene for hours.Investigators found the human skeletal remains in an isolated area of Marshall County. The county sheriff’s office and a team of state police officers are working to find out how they got there.Sheriff John Gruzinskas said the remains are that of a man. The remains were found in a wooded area off of Alternate Route 2. Officials said clothing was found on the remains.Gruzinskas said the investigation into this scene is just beginning. The investigation may have to wait until Wednesday morning to continue.The sheriff’s office said Upper Round Bottom Road will be closed from Nick’s Lounge to Lindsay Lane at least until Wednesday, due to the investigation.
