STEUBENVILLE,OHIO -- A Steubenville man is recovering after police say his girlfriend stabbed him in the left arm with a steak knife.

Police say it happened on the 800 block of Sherman Avenue that's where police say the victim, Randall Wade, was walking with his girlfriend in the area of the David Walker American Legion Club where he and his girlfriend had an altercation.

Wade was transported to Trinity West hospital where he was being treated for his injuries.

Steubenville Police are still on the lookout for his girlfriend as they are investigating this case.
