MARSHALL COUNTY, W.Va. -- Investigators continue to ask the public for tips into the case of 21-year-old Leonard Lanci, whose remains were found in Marshall County several weeks ago.Sheriff John Gruzinskas said there was a one-carat, women's size diamond ring in Lanci's pocket. The sheriff also said a Moundsville gas station clerk had seen Lanci several times as he came in to buy drinks.A check of Lanci's home computer in New York didn't turn up any links to the Ohio Valley. The Sheriff's Department has gotten little help from the public so far and are asking anyone with information to call the anonymous tip line at 304-843-5422 or the Sheriff's Office at 304-834-1500.
