Police have been looking for a 77-year-old man since he went missing early Monday morning.

Police and emergency crews have been searching for Richard “Dick” Mann in Barnesville, where he went missing from his home on the south side of town.

Mann was last seen wearing tan pants, a gray jacket and a ball cap. Police said he is 77 years old, 5 feet, 11 inches tall, weighing approximately 160 pounds with gray hair.

Officials said since Richard is believed to be on foot, they don’t think he could have gone far. They’re searching the immediate area where he was last believed to be.

There are currently 10 search teams searching for Mann, including K9s, foot teams and ATV teams.

Officers said Mann is in good health so they’re hoping for the best.

Officials said Mann has been married for more than 60 years and his wife is understandably upset. She was the last person to see him when he left for a walk Monday.

If you have any information on Richard Mann’s whereabouts, contact Barnesville Police.
