ATV Rider Killed On Carroll County Highway
Investigators Suspect Alcohol Was Factor In Crash

CARROLL COUNTY, Ohio -- Arthur Gremminger, 65, of Magnolia died Tuesday night after his all-terrain vehicle crashed on State Rte. 183 near Carrollton, police said.Troopers with the Ohio State Highway Patrol told NEWS9 Gremminger went off the right side of the road, hit a guardrail and a mailbox and was thrown from the four-wheeler.Investigators said they suspect alcohol played a role in the fatal crash.
