A Brooke County family escaped from their burning home overnight, but the flames destroyed everything they own.

Crews rushed to a home on Hartley Hill Road in Beech Bottom around 3 a.m. Thursday to find the home engulfed in flames.

Fire crews are still investigating the cause of the blaze.
