A train rear-ended another train in Columbiana County, pushing it off the track.

The crash happened Wednesday night in Salem, Ohio. There were no reported injuries, according to Salem Police Chief Robert Floor.

Floor said a person on the tracks jumped out of the way and the derailed train was not carrying any cargo.

Several roads were closed down as a result of the crash. As of noon Thursday, South Lincoln, Pershing Street and Wilson Street were expected to be open. There was no estimated time for New Garden Avenue to be back open.
