All three suspects face a charge of felony theft.

Police said Kendra Klee had two young children with her at the time of the alleged theft.

A short time later, police said they arrested Brenda Tranum after they said she stole from the Kroger in Steubenville.

They said she also had a child with her at the time of the alleged incident.
