Four Arrests In Two Theft Cases

Police in Steubenville said they had two cases of theft at two different stores on Thursday night.

In the first case police said three people, Kendra Klee, Karl Klee and Penny Klee, all of Belmont County, are accused of stealing more than $500 worth of merchandise from the Steubenville Wal-mart.

All three suspects face a charge of felony theft.

Police said Kendra Klee had two young children with her at the time of the alleged theft.

A short time later, police said they arrested Brenda Tranum after they said she stole from the Kroger in Steubenville.

They said she also had a child with her at the time of the alleged incident.

Tranum faces a charge of petty theft and falsification.

Children Services is involved in both cases.
