DALLAS, W Va. -- The community of Dallas, W.Va. is mourning the loss of their beloved postmaster, 43-year-old Lua Wolverton.

Over the weekend, NEWS9 obtained a picture of 39-year-old Todd Dolin.

Police told NEWS9 the Marshall County resident was taken into police custody across state lines in Zanesville, Ohio.

Lawyers representing Wolverton's family told NEWS9 that Wolverton and Dolin had a son.

Police said Dolin allegedly shot Lua Wolverton multiple times at the Post Office Friday afternoon.

She was transported to Ruby Memorial in Morgantown, W.Va., where she later died.

Dolin is waiting his extradition back to West Virginia where he faces a first-degree murder charge in Marshall County.

The investigation continues.
