Police are investigating another case of shots fired in Steubenville.

Police said the latest round happened just before 3 a.m. Tuesday in the intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue and Wilkens Street.

Officers said they found four shell casings in the street, but said there are no reported witnesses.

No one was hit by the bullets and no arrests had been made as of Tuesday morning.
