Steubenville police detectives are investigating another incident of shots fired in the Hilltop section of the city.A bullet struck a car traveling in the 400 block of Ohio Street around 1 a.m. Thursday.Witnesses said two men on foot wearing dark clothes fired the shots.No one was injured.
