Steubenville Bob Evans Reopens
A major overhaul of a local restaurant is complete Monday.The Bob Evans in Steubenville reopened its doors at 6 a.m.The orginial building was torn down and a new restaurant was built in its place.Steve Govey, the area director of the Ohio Valley Bob Evans restaurant chains, said the new facility will better serve the community.
