Man Accused Of Raping Girl Appears In Court

The man accused of raping a girl younger than the age of 13 appeared in court Monday to face the charge.Randy Barnhart, 39, appeared in court for his arraignment. Barnhart is charged with first degree felony rape.Detectives are still investigating this case.
