Mingo Junction police said they stopped a drug buy in action. Police said the alleged buy took place right in front of the police department Monday night.

Officers said they arrested 46-year-old Della Hooper and 52-year-old Ronald Sadler, both of Steubenville.

Police said drug trafficking charges are pending against both individuals.
