One Dead, One Injured In W.Va. Chemical Plant Explosion

Officials said one person is dead and another injured after an explosion at a chemical plant in West Virginia.The explosion happened late Thursday night at a plant in Institute, W.Va., near Charleston.Officials shut down local roads and told people to stay indoors. Those orders have since been lifted.Officials said it may be weeks before they determine what caused the blast.
