MARTINS FERRY, Ohio -- Martins Ferry Police have arrested a 73-year-old man and charged him with gross sexual imposition against a 4-year-old girl.

William Myers is in the Belmont County Jail after police said a relative caught him inappropriately touching the little girl at his apartment.

He'll face felony charges because of the age of the young alleged victim.

The child needed minor medical attention and was treated at a local hospital.

Police arrested Myers at his apartment on Hill Street.

Myers lives just two doors down from Quentin Phillips, who police arrested over the weekend after he reportedly confessed to raping a child.

Police arrested Phillips at the Martins Ferry library after a staffer reported seeing him downloading child pornography.

Police said they found evidence of child pornography at Phillips' home on Hill Street.
