West Virginia Gov. Joe Manchin will be in Wheeling Monday, accompanied by his wife.

Manchin will first stop at Wheeling Middle School at 2 p.m. for a campus visit where he will greet students, staff and the prevention resource officer.

At 2:45 p.m., he will travel to West Virginia Northern Community College where a grant presentation will take place.

Wrapping up his trip to Wheeling, Manchin will speak at 4 p.m. to local and state officials at Wilson Lodge in Oglebay Park.
