A Belmont County official said the investigation into a teen's death is complete but said he can't release the report or its findings.

Devron Lunsford died from injuries she suffered in a motorcycle crash involving three people this summer.

Prosecutor Chris Berhalter said the report and its findings cannot be released.

Police previously said they expect charges to be filed, but that information has also not been released.

Berhalter said he expects the matter to be presented to the next grand jury, which will decide if there's enough evidence to charge someone.
