A man arrested on theft charges then released from jail is again accused of stealing.Police are searching for Zachary George, 22, in connection with the theft of a woman’s wallet. The victim, who is due to give birth in three days, said her wallet contained all of her pertinent medical information as well as cash advance on her paycheck.“I’m concerned. He has my address, my personal information.
