BELMONT COUNTY, OH -- The Ohio State Highway Patrol has reopened Interstate 70 after a series of car crashes Monday night.The patrol had several tractor-trailers stuck and injuries reported to all 12 crashes.State Highway Patrol dispatchers told NEWS9 the injuries reported were minor.Stay with Severe Weather Team 9 for complete coverage on wtov9.com.
