Trial Begins For Man Accused Of Shooting Girlfriend To Death
The trial for the man accused of killing his girlfriend begins in Hancock County Tuesday.Charles William Rice, of New Cumberland, was charged with first-degree murder in the death of Shari Paris.Sheriff's deputies said he shot her in the head while a 3-year-old was in the house.The three 3-year-old was not hurt.When the investigation started, Sheriff Mike White said the couple had a history of domestic violence.
