A Wheeling- based group known across the country for bringing labor and management together held its annual holiday breakfast Wednesday at Oglebay Park.

More than 400 guests representing dignitaries from across the country showed up at Oglebay Park's Wilson Lodge to display their support for Project Best.

Project Best is an all-volunteer team of hundreds of contractors and thousands of building trades craftspeople from throughout the Ohio Valley.

West Virginia Gov. Joe Manchin praised the organization as a premier example of the labor climate in West Virginia.

Manchin cited the millions of dollars in construction funds that have been generated as a result of Project Best.
